Orwelco offer a segragated, semi-clean area welding environment and NDT inspection facility.
Orwelco currently has qualified welding procedures and welders in the following materials:
Super Duplex – BS EN 288 & 287, Norsok 601, ASME 1X
Group 9 St Steels – BS EN 288 & 287, ASME 1X
Alloy 625 UNS NO6625 – BS EN 288 & 287, ASME 1X
Alloy 825 UNS NO8825 – BS EN 288 & 287, ASME 1X
CU-NI 90/10 – BS EN 288 & 287, ASME 1X
50D Carbon Steel – BS EN 288 & 287, ASME 1X
Orwelco also has draft weld procedures for the following materials (all of which could be qualified to BS EN 288, 287, ASME IX or other customer requirements within approximately 2-3 weeks).
Alloy 718 UNS No 7718
Titanium Alloy Grade 5 (Ti6A14V) UNS R56400
6082-T6 Aluminium

Orwelco also specialise in the orbital welding of Stainless Steel for hygienic systems and semi-clean room environments.
All parts are welded within the controls of our ISO quality system. Full material tractability, quality plans, dimensional reports, products data books, etc are available for all contracts to suit customers requirements.
