NDT Inspection
Orwelco offer a comprehensive NDT Inspection service for both in-house manufactured items and onsite operations. In-house we have a separate designated semi clean area for carrying out any such inspections, which is linked directly to the clean welding area.
We have a fully trained NDT Inspector to PCN Level 2, which enables us to write procedures, interpret results of inspections carried out and compile reports based upon any such findings.
This NDT service can also be offered for hire to customers, with the inspector visiting the customers’ premises or site.
Currently we have NDT procedures approved by BAE Systems (Marine), for use on critical level items on Nuclear Submarines.
