Orwelco are experienced in the machining of numerous material types and grades which include: all Carbon and Stainless Steels (including Ferralium and Duplex), Alloy Steel 625, 718, 825 and 925, Aluminium Alloys, Monel, Titanium, Colisbro, Brass, Copper, Nylon, Ultem, Peek, Acetel, etc.
Orwelco are able to offer a complete, comprehensive and competitive service for all machined components, from small plated contact pins in very large batches, through to large one off components and fabrications which require machining both pre and post fabrication.
All parts are manufactured within the controls of our ISO quality system. Full material tractability, quality plans, dimensional reports, product data books, etc are available for all contracts to suit customer requirements.
